Ingredients
For the dip:
- 1 Onion in rings
- 1 half a teaspoon Pink pepper
- 6 Gherkins
- 6 Parsley
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 sake Apple
- 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 little one Gherkins pickles
- 1 small Onion
- 1 half a teaspoon Green pepper (glass)
Instructions
- Place the matjes fillets on a plate, crown with onion rings and sprinkle with pink pepper and parsley tips.
- For the dip, peel half an apple, dice it finely and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Also finely dice the pickle with the small onion and then mix with all the specified ingredients and season to taste. Serve the dip with the gherkins and freshly cooked jacket potatoes with the fish. Good Appetite!!
