Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g green beans
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 1 apple
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp flour
- 50 ml teriyaki sauce
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 14 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes
Wash the beans and trim the ends. Then cook the beans in boiling water for 8 minutes. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash, deseed, and finely chop the chili pepper and apple. Cut the chicken breast into approximately 2 x 2 cm pieces and toss in a bowl with flour, oil, salt, and pepper. Brown the meat in a pan for about 4 minutes. Add the beans, apple, and chili and cook for another 2 minutes. Mix in the teriyaki sauce and season to taste.
