Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g green beans
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 50 ml teriyaki sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 14 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes

Wash the beans and trim the ends. Then cook the beans in boiling water for 8 minutes. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash, deseed, and finely chop the chili pepper and apple. Cut the chicken breast into approximately 2 x 2 cm pieces and toss in a bowl with flour, oil, salt, and pepper. Brown the meat in a pan for about 4 minutes. Add the beans, apple, and chili and cook for another 2 minutes. Mix in the teriyaki sauce and season to taste. Tip: If you want to make your own teriyaki sauce, I have a few recipes “in or based on teriyaki,” and I used this sauce here.
