Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 400 g beans, green
  • 300 g turkey meat, e.g. turkey leg
  • 1 piece(s) ginger root, approx. thumb-sized
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the green beans into very fine strips. Finely chop the ginger, about 1/2 thumb-sized. Cut the turkey into short strips. Heat the coconut oil in a wok or nonstick pan. Add the turkey and ginger and sear until well browned. Add the green beans and soy sauce and mix well. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Season with pepper and add a little more soy sauce if desired. The dish also tastes delicious and looks more colorful if you add a carrot and slightly reduce the amount of green beans.
