Asian noodles

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 packs of instant noodle mix (e.g., Maggi instant noodles – duck, chicken, or curry)
  • 2 bunch of spring onions
  • 700 g chicken
  • 500 ml water
  • some oil for frying
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some curry
  • some paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, wash the leek, cut it into small rolls, and fry them in a little oil. Break the noodles up a bit in a large pan and add 500 ml of water. Heat them over medium heat until they are softly cooked, stirring frequently to prevent them from burning. Then add the leek. Cut the chicken into small, appetizing pieces and fry them in a little oil, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and a good curry powder. While the meat is browning, add one of the included spice packets (chicken, duck, curry) to the noodles. Add a little water to help the spices blend with the noodles. Finally, add the chicken to the noodles, mix everything well, and add more seasoning to taste. Enjoy!
