Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g asparagus, green, cleaned, cut into pieces
- ½ bunch wild garlic, chopped
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml white wine
- 20 g butter
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper

Bring the asparagus and broth to a boil. Add the white wine. Add the wild garlic and continue cooking. Stir in the butter, crème fraîche, and Parmesan cheese and season to taste. Purée with a hand blender until fluffy.
