Asparagus pasta with mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 180 g pasta of your choice
  • 400 g asparagus, green
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red or chili powder
  • 50 g mushrooms, brown
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • salt and pepper
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Peel the bottom third of the asparagus, cut the spears into pieces, and blanch in salted water. Peel the garlic, slice the chili pepper, and quarter the mushrooms. Sauté the asparagus in a pan with olive oil. Stir in the pasta, season with salt and pepper, and serve garnished with Parmesan cheese.
