Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 ml vegetable stock, preferably freshly cooked, otherwise instant stock
  • 125 ml milk, according to taste
  • 2 egg yolks, cleanly separated
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • ½ lemon(s), juice, possibly more
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

very easy and super tasty

Combine all ingredients in a tall pot, stirring constantly, bring to a boil, and season with lemon juice and pepper. Simple and delicious. Serve with asparagus in any form and any side dish of your choice (ham, potatoes, or whatever).
