Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • 1 pack of processed cheese
  • 300 g cream
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the turkey breast into small pieces and fry briefly in a pan. Heat the cream cheese and tomato paste in a saucepan and mix with the tomato paste. Season with pepper. Slice the mushrooms and bake everything in a casserole dish at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Tip: This also makes a delicious vegetarian dish; simply use seitan, tofu, or vegetables instead of the turkey.
