healthy and delicious

Cut open the baguette rolls and spread with butter. Then thinly slice the tomatoes and arrange them on each baguette half along with the lettuce. Cut the chicken breast into thin, bite-sized strips. Add the chicken strips to a pan with oil and fry briefly. Meanwhile, season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Distribute the cheese slices on top of the chicken strips and wait until it has melted slightly. Tip: Cover the pan to make the cheese melt more easily. Remove the chicken strips from the pan with the melted cheese and distribute them on the baguette halves. Then remove the avocado from the skin and cut it into thin strips. Distribute the avocado strips on the baguette halves as well. Pour the cocktail sauce on top of the avocado strips. Finally, toast some sunflower seeds and garnish the baguette with them, if desired.
