Avocado salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 pack of crab meat
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the avocados, dice the flesh, place them in a bowl, and drizzle with lemon juice. Quarter the tomatoes and slice the iceberg lettuce. Peel and slice the eggs. Add everything to the avocados along with the shredded crab meat. Mix the oil with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and sugar. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
