Ingredients
 

  • 220 g Green beans
  • 500 g Cauliflower
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g Bacon cubes
  • 2 dL Vegetable broth
  • 2 dL Cream
  • 1 packet Ground saffron
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the beans and cauliflower and cut into small pieces. Finely chop the onion.
  • Slowly fry the diced bacon without fat until crispy. Add the onions and sauté until translucent. Steam the cauliflower and beans.
  • Pour in the stock and cream, add the saffron. Cover and simmer for approx. 15 minutes, season.
  • Can be served with a piece of meat or with rice / noodles.
