Ingredients
- 220 g Green beans
- 500 g Cauliflower
- 1 Onion
- 100 g Bacon cubes
- 2 dL Vegetable broth
- 2 dL Cream
- 1 packet Ground saffron
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Wash the beans and cauliflower and cut into small pieces. Finely chop the onion.
- Slowly fry the diced bacon without fat until crispy. Add the onions and sauté until translucent. Steam the cauliflower and beans.
- Pour in the stock and cream, add the saffron. Cover and simmer for approx. 15 minutes, season.
- Can be served with a piece of meat or with rice / noodles.
