Bacon and mustard dip

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small onions
  • 250 g bacon (rib bacon)
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp cream or milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with jacket potatoes

First, lightly sauté the onions. Then add the finely diced rib bacon and fry until crispy. Next, add the mustard and cream or milk. Stir everything together and simmer until the desired consistency is reached. If necessary, add a little flour or cornstarch to thicken. Serve with mushy potatoes, boiled potatoes, or fresh bread.
