Bacon and potato salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potato(s), waxy
  • 50 g bacon, fattier
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Drain, slice, and place in a bowl. Dice the bacon and onions, fry, and add to the lukewarm potatoes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and vinegar.
