Baked Bananas with Strawberry Purée

The perfect baked bananas with strawberry purée recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

for the bananas

  • 1 Banana fresh small
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 50 ml Fanta
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 tbsp Fanta
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  1. Wash, dab and clean the strawberries. Quarter the fruit and puree together with a small banana, honey and Fanta.
  1. Peel the bananas and cut them lengthways and once crossways. Sprinkle the neighborhoods with Fanta.
  1. Let the butter froth in a pan and fry the banana quarters until golden brown.
