Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tomato(s)
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 small chili pepper(s)
- 1 rosemary sprig(s)
- 1 sprig(s) of thyme
- Salt and pepper from the mill

Divide the feta into two pieces and place each in a small ovenproof dish. Peel the onion and garlic and slice them thinly. Thinly slice the tomato and finely slice the bell pepper. Deseed the chili pepper and slice them finely. Pick the herbs from the stems and chop finely. Arrange the garlic, onion, tomato, and bell pepper on the cheese. Sprinkle the chili and herbs over the feta, and season with salt and pepper. Finally, drizzle with oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 175°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes. The portions can easily be prepared several hours in advance and then baked.
