Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ pack of feta cheese
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • some paprika powder for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

like at my favorite Greek restaurant

Place the feta cheese in a baking dish, finely chop the garlic clove, and sprinkle it on top. Thinly slice the onion and tomato, and place both on top of the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika to serve.
