Baked green beans from the oven

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g beans, green, frozen
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 47 minutes

Spread the frozen beans straight from the packaging into a heatproof glass dish. Drizzle all the beans generously with several tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with a large, halved garlic clove, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) for 45 minutes. Stir with a wooden spoon after each serving.
