- 120 g oat flakes
- 240 ml oat milk (oat drink)
- 20 g baking cocoa
- 1 tbsp erythritol (sugar substitute), rice syrup or agave syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 10 g chocolate in small pieces

Mash the bananas and mix with the oats, oat milk, erythritol, and cocoa. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat). Top with the toppings at the end. One of a total of 6 has 188 kcal.
