Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • 120 g oat flakes
  • 240 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 20 g baking cocoa
  • 1 tbsp erythritol (sugar substitute), rice syrup or agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 10 g chocolate in small pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Vegan, meal prep, low-calorie, sugar-free

Mash the bananas and mix with the oats, oat milk, erythritol, and cocoa. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat). Top with the toppings at the end. One of a total of 6 has 188 kcal.
