Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Carefully peel the onion and cut it crosswise from the top, creating 8 pieces. The pieces should still be held together at the bottom. Dust the onion with flour and fry in the deep fryer until golden brown. Spicy red dips go well with it.
