Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ cup onion(s), roasted
  • 500 g pork fillet(s)
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 250 g bacon
  • 250 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Place the fried onions in a baking dish. Layer the sliced ​​fillet on top. Sprinkle the diced bacon over the top. Mix the sweet and sour cream and pour over the meat. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake for 45 minutes at 200°C (400°F) top/bottom heat.
