Baked Pork Fillet
The perfect baked pork fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 middle Pork tenderloin
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 200 ml Cream
- 150 ml White wine
- 100 ml Broth
- 100 ml Bacon
- 2 teaspoon Mustard
- 150 g Grated cheese
- 150 g Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Wash the fillet, pat dry and cut into slices.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat, season with salt and pepper and place in a greased casserole dish.
- Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices, add the diced bacon to the fat and fry until crispy
- Add the mushrooms, fry briefly with salt and pepper and place in the baking dish.
- Mix the broth, white wine, cream cheese, mustard well and season with salt and pepper.
- Now sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake in the 180c oven for 30 minutes.
