Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Dried thyme and marjoram
- 4 Pcs Schnitzel
- 400 gr Roast veal
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 200 gr Sliced mushrooms
- 200 gr Grated mozzarella
- Salt, pepper and paprika noble sweet
Instructions
- Mix the oil with the spices and rub the schnitzel with it. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Salt the schnitzel. Stir the sausage meat with the milk until smooth and spread about 0.5 cm thick on the schnitzel. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place schnitzel on it. Spread the mushrooms and cheese on top and bake for about 1/2 hour. Finish.
