Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cashew nuts
- 250 ml oat milk (oat drink) or soy drink
- 250 g cheese, vegan
- 2 pinch(s) salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp psyllium husks
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp soy flour
- 4 tbsp water
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Blend the cashews, milk, vegan cheese, salt, and pepper in a high-performance blender. Add the psyllium husks and blend again. Shape the Camemberts with wet hands and coat them in the breadcrumbs. Freeze the Camemberts for 30 minutes. Mix the soy flour and water until sticky. Coat the Camemberts in the flour and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry in oil.
