Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large zucchini
- some wheat flour
- some sunflower oil
- some salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Wash, trim, and slice the zucchini. Fill a small bowl with oil and season with salt and pepper. Fill another bowl with flour. Coat the zucchini slices first in flour, then in oil, and arrange them in layers in a baking dish. Bake the zucchini on the middle rack of the oven for about 15 minutes.
