Baking: Macarons
The perfect baking: macarons recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
* for the dough
- 2 Protein
- 150 g Powdered sugar
- 100 g Skinned and ground almonds
- Food color
* for the filling
- 75 g Dark couverture
- 35 g Nutella
- 30 g Butter
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, pour in the sugar, add the food color (if desired). Now stir in the almonds.
- Now either fill in a piping bag and spread about 50 dots on 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper or pour the mixture onto special macarons baking paper with the help of a teaspoon.
- Bake at 100 ° C for about 30 minutes in succession. (Circulating air not suitable.)
- After baking, let it cool on the baking sheet. Then take it down and let it dry for a few more hours.
- For the filling, put the couverture, Nutella and butter in a metal bowl and melt over a water bath. Mix thoroughly.
- Now put the mixture on half of the cooled parts and put the others on top. Let it become solid.
