Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 bananas, ripe
- 200 g oat flakes
- 2 eggs
- 1 handful of cashew nuts or other nuts of your choice
- 1 packet of baking powder
- n. B. Cinnamon powder
- n. B. Chocolate drops
- n. B. Chocolate of your choice for glazing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Mash four ripe bananas with a fork. Combine the banana puree, oats, eggs, nuts, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl and mix. Pour the smooth mixture into a prepared baking dish. Mix the chocolate chips into the mixture or sprinkle them on top, if desired. Halve a ripe banana and place it on the batter. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the banana bread for 45 minutes. Once baked, cover the cooled bread with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with cinnamon. Let cool before slicing.
