Banana chocolate muffins with nuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g brown sugar
  • some salt
  • 80 g rapeseed oil
  • 50 g buttermilk
  • 375 g banana(s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • some baking soda
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 50 g walnuts or hazelnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Whisk together eggs, sugar, salt, oil, and milk. Mash the bananas and stir in. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, chocolate sprinkles, and nuts and fold in two portions. Pour the batter into prepared muffin cups. Bake at 150°C (convection oven) for 30 minutes.
