Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 60 g wheat flour
- 30 g butter
- 50 g brown sugar
- 2 m.-sized banana(s)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Knead flour, butter, and sugar into a crumble dough. Cut the bananas into thick slices, toss with lemon juice and maple syrup. Place the banana slices and juice in a baking dish and cover with the crumbles. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the banana crumble for about 15 minutes, until the surface is lightly browned. Let cool slightly and serve. Tip: Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
