Banana Pancakes: An Easy Recipe

Banana pancakes are just amazing because everyone loves bananas and pancakes. Banana pancakes are a great way to use up leftovers from overripe bananas. They are quick to make and not difficult to prepare.

Ingredients for banana pancakes

This recipe is vegan and makes about three servings.

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of oat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • oil for baking

This is how easy it is to prepare them

The pancakes can be consumed with maple syrup or jam. However, they also taste wonderful on their own.

  • Mash the bananas. Alternatively, they can also be pureed.
  • Mix the oat milk with the mashed bananas and the vanilla sugar.
  • Mix all the remaining ingredients together and add the mixture to the banana milk.
  • Heat oil (e.g. sunflower oil) in a pan.
  • Now pour the mixture into the heated pan in portions and bake the pancakes on both sides until golden.
