Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 200 ml pineapple juice
  • 200 ml carrot juice
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tsp oil, sunflower or other neutral oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for children from 1 year

Cut the banana into pieces and add it to the blender along with all the other ingredients. Child’s serving: 1/2 glass (approx. 100 ml). Tip: Overripe, brown bananas work well in this recipe. This makes the drink taste even more delicious. To prevent the banana milk from turning brown when left standing for a while, add the juice of half a lemon.
