Basic Pancake Recipe
The perfect basic pancake recipe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Flour
- 300 ml Milk
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 40 g Liquid butter
- 20 g Powdered sugar
- 1 Pc. Lemon untreated
- 1 pinch Salt
- Finely sift the flour, add milk and stir with a whisk until smooth.
- Separate the eggs and add the egg yolks to the flour mixture. Also add the powdered sugar, melted butter, the zest of the untreated lemon and salt. Mix everything into a smooth dough.
- Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff and carefully fold into the batter. This way the pancakes will be nice and fluffy later.
- Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes.
- Then heat butter in a pan and gradually bake the dough into golden yellow pancakes, about 2 minutes on each side.
