- 150 g flour
- 2 eggs, separated
- 20 ml oil, to taste
- 250 ml milk
- Spice(s), sweet or spicy, depending on the dish
Instructions

For frying fish, meat, fruit or vegetables
Whisk together the flour, milk, egg yolks, oil, and spices until smooth and let stand for about 20 minutes. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
