Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 2 bunch basil, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- 6 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
- Pepper, white

Cook spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions. Drain. While cooking, chop the basil and mix it with the garlic, a little salt, Parmesan cheese, and crème fraîche. Then stir this sauce into the pasta. Arrange on (preheated if necessary) plates, grind pepper over the top, and serve immediately.
