Bavette with cucumber and yogurt sauce

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (bavette, wider spaghetti)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 3 tsp grainy mustard
  • 2 tsp honey, liquid
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

very simple and delicious pasta dish!

Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Peel and grate the cucumber and dice the onion. Mix both ingredients in a large bowl with yogurt, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. When the pasta is ready, drain and immediately add it to the remaining ingredients to warm them. Serve immediately! Add chopped tomatoes or bell peppers, if desired.
