Bean and Ground Beef Vegetables
The perfect bean and ground beef vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 500 g Green beans frozen or canned
- 1 piece Red pepper
- 300 g Mixed minced meat
- 2 piece Fresh onions
- 1 piece Garlic fresh
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 0,25 liter Broth clear
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley until smooth

- Salt pepper
- Briefly boil the frozen beans in salted water, only allow the canned beans to drain off in the sieve.
- Briefly scald, peel, quarter and core tomatoes (I always leave tomatoes as they are). Clean the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into strips.
- Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Steamy in butter. Add the minced meat, chop it up with 2 forks or wooden spoons and fry vigorously. Season to taste with paprika, salt and pepper. Pour in the stock and bring to the boil.
- Now add the vegetables and mix well, put the lid on and let it simmer over low heat. Finally, season well and sprinkle with parsley.
