Bean and Ground Beef Vegetables

The perfect bean and ground beef vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 500 g Green beans frozen or canned
  • 1 piece Red pepper
  • 300 g Mixed minced meat
  • 2 piece Fresh onions
  • 1 piece Garlic fresh
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 0,25 liter Broth clear
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley until smooth
  • Savory
  • Salt pepper
  1. Briefly boil the frozen beans in salted water, only allow the canned beans to drain off in the sieve.
  2. Briefly scald, peel, quarter and core tomatoes (I always leave tomatoes as they are). Clean the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into strips.
  3. Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Steamy in butter. Add the minced meat, chop it up with 2 forks or wooden spoons and fry vigorously. Season to taste with paprika, salt and pepper. Pour in the stock and bring to the boil.
  4. Now add the vegetables and mix well, put the lid on and let it simmer over low heat. Finally, season well and sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Go with it: Mashed potatoes or baguette
