Bean, pear and potato pot

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g new potatoes
  • 350 g green beans (princess beans)
  • 350 g pear(s) (Williams Christ)
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • savory
  • n. B. bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

both vegetarian and with some bacon possible

First, cook the potatoes with their skins on. If you have one, cook in a steamer; otherwise, cook in a saucepan for about 30 minutes. In another pan, cook the beans (possibly with the bacon) for about 20 minutes. Peel, core, and slice the pears. In a separate pan, add a little water, sugar, and vinegar and simmer gently for about 8-10 minutes. Combine everything in a pan and season with salt and pepper.
