- 1 Whole grain cuts
- 3 Brown mushrooms
- 1 kl. Onion
- 1 kl. Leek
- 1 kl. Parsley
- 2 teaspoon Herb quark
- Salt and pepper
- 1 disc Cheese (spicy)
- 4 Peppercorns pink
- 1 pinch Chili powder
- Preheat the oven to 100 degrees. Chop the mushrooms, onions, leeks and parsley into small pieces.
- Fry everything in a pan or similar with a little butter until the mushrooms are nice and brown.
- Add the spices and herbs as well as the herb quark. Then toast the bread in the toaster.
- At 100 degrees in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese has melted and the delicious bear slice is ready.
