Bear Slices Baked with Mushrooms and Cheese

  • 1 Whole grain cuts
  • 3 Brown mushrooms
  • 1 kl. Onion
  • 1 kl. Leek
  • 1 kl. Parsley
  • 2 teaspoon Herb quark
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 disc Cheese (spicy)
  • 4 Peppercorns pink
  • 1 pinch Chili powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees. Chop the mushrooms, onions, leeks and parsley into small pieces.
  2. Fry everything in a pan or similar with a little butter until the mushrooms are nice and brown.
  3. Add the spices and herbs as well as the herb quark. Then toast the bread in the toaster.
  4. At 100 degrees in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese has melted and the delicious bear slice is ready.
