  • 750 g Beef meat
  • 1 Yesterday's rolls
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Onions of approx. 150 g
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Red chilli pepper
  • 1 Piece of ginger approx. 20 g
  • 1 Red bell pepper approx. 150 g
  • 1 Green peppers approx. 150 g
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 1 tsp 5 spice powder
  • 0,5 tsp Chili powder
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Cup Sunflower oil

Instructions
 

  • Soak the rolls in water and squeeze them out very well. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Clean, wash and finely dice the chilli pepper. Peel the ginger and garlic cloves and dice them very finely. Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Put all ingredients (beef mince, squeezed bread roll, egg, onion cubes, garlic clove cubes, chilli pepper cubes, ginger cubes, paprika cubes, salt, mild curry powder, 5-spice powder and chilli powder) in a bowl and mix / knead well. Let the beef mince and pepper dough stand / rest for about 10 minutes. Form small rolls (approx. 46 pieces) and roll out in breadcrumbs. Fry the beef meat and paprika rolls in a pan with sunflower oil (1 cup) on all sides until golden-brown and keep warm until serving. The beef mince and paprika rolls make a hearty lunch with ingredients such as: rice, mashed potatoes, potatoes, French fries and vegetables, or the beef mince and paprika rolls just taste like that.
