  • 4 piece Fresh beef roulades
  • 8 Discs Jerky meat
  • 2 piece Sliced ​​onions - grated
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 tube Mustard medium hot
  • 1 tablespoon Clarified butter
  • 1 Cup Red wine medium quality wine
  • 1 Splash Sugar balls
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable stock powder - homemade -

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dab the meat. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, brush with mustard, put the beef slices on top, then the onion slices. Roll it up carefully and fix it with a skewer (metal or wood). Sear it well in the clarified butter in a hot pan, perhaps at the end of the roasting process, roast a few finely chopped onions, deglaze with red wine, add a little sugar flavor (1/2 teaspoon), pour in some water, season with vegetable stock.
