Beef stew à la Mama

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g soup meat (beef, with or without bones)
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables (carrots, celery, parsley, leeks)
  • 100 g pasta (shell pasta)
  • 100 g cauliflower (frozen)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cube of broth (for 1 liter of liquid)
  • 1 liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quick and delicious stew for the pressure cooker

Clean, peel, and chop the soup vegetables. Place all the other ingredients except the shell pasta in a pressure cooker. Leave the beef in one piece (don’t chop it up). Bring the stew to a boil. Then cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Cook the shell pasta about 10-12 minutes before the end of the cooking time, so that it’s done at the same time as the soup. Chop the beef into small pieces and return it to the pressure cooker, along with the cooked shell pasta. Serve hot. Tip: Season to taste with Maggi, if desired.
