Beef Strips with Ribbon Noodles

Ingredients
 

  • 1 medium sized Onion
  • 1 small Clove of garlic
  • 2 cm Fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 400 g Broccoli florets
  • Salt
  • 250 g Beef
  • 150 g Shiitake mushrooms fresh
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 75 ml Vegetable broth
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sugar
  • 400 g Tagliatelle

Instructions
 

  • Peel and finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté everything while stirring. Rinse the broccoli florets, drain and add, add a little salt and everything for about 4 minutes. Braise while stirring.
  • Wash the beef, pat dry and cut into thin slices. Add to the vegetables. Clean the shiitake mushrooms, rub them with a damp cloth and cut into large pieces. Add them together with the soy sauce and the vegetable stock and braise for about 5 minutes.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Cook the ribbon noodles according to the instructions on the packet until they are al dente. Arrange the beef strips with the ribbon noodles on plates and serve.
