Beef Strips with Ribbon Noodles

- 1 medium sized Onion
- 1 small Clove of garlic
- 2 cm Fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 400 g Broccoli florets
- Salt
- 250 g Beef
- 150 g Shiitake mushrooms fresh
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 75 ml Vegetable broth
- Pepper from the grinder
- Sugar
- 400 g Tagliatelle
- Peel and finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté everything while stirring. Rinse the broccoli florets, drain and add, add a little salt and everything for about 4 minutes. Braise while stirring.
- Wash the beef, pat dry and cut into thin slices. Add to the vegetables. Clean the shiitake mushrooms, rub them with a damp cloth and cut into large pieces. Add them together with the soy sauce and the vegetable stock and braise for about 5 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Cook the ribbon noodles according to the instructions on the packet until they are al dente. Arrange the beef strips with the ribbon noodles on plates and serve.
