Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of tarte flambée dough
  • 150 g beetroot
  • 1 roll(s) of goat cheese
  • 5 spring onions
  • 150 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 190-200°C. Roll out the finished tarte flambée dough on a baking sheet. Whisk the sour cream until creamy, season with salt and pepper, and spread it evenly over the tarte flambée dough, avoiding the edges. Thinly slice the pre-cooked beetroot and spread it over the sour cream. Then slice the goat cheese, trim and finely chop the spring onions, and spread both over the dough. Place the topped dough in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, until the edges are crispy brown. Enjoy while still warm.
