Bell Pepper Soup with Croutons

The perfect bell pepper soup with croutons recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Pc. Red pepper
  • 5 tbsp Flour
  • 2,5 tsp White wine
  • 3,75 g Onion
  • 5 Toes Garlic
  • 1875 ml Vegetable broth
  • 5 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2,5 tbsp Butter
  • 2,5 Pr Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Clean the peppers and onions, peel the clove of garlic. Put the peppers in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. After the bell peppers are ready, melt some butter in a saucepan and sweat everything together.
  2. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock and white wine and cook with the lid closed until the peppers are soft. Puree with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve the soup hot with a little crème fraîche!
