Ingredients
 

  • 3 Onion
  • Red, yellow and green peppers
  • 1 L Vegetable broth
  • 140 g Soup noodles
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Roughly dice the onions and peppers, sauté with a little oil in a saucepan and season well. Deglaze with the broth and simmer until the peppers are soft. Caution! Not too long, otherwise it will be bitter! Puree with the blender,
  • Add soup food and another 8 minutes. ferment. Stir in sour cream and add parsley and nutmeg.
