Ingredients
- 3 Onion
- Red, yellow and green peppers
- 1 L Vegetable broth
- 140 g Soup noodles
- 1 cup Sour cream
Instructions
- Roughly dice the onions and peppers, sauté with a little oil in a saucepan and season well. Deglaze with the broth and simmer until the peppers are soft. Caution! Not too long, otherwise it will be bitter! Puree with the blender,
- Add soup food and another 8 minutes. ferment. Stir in sour cream and add parsley and nutmeg.
