- 200 g cottage cheese, light
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bunch of chives
- salt and pepper

Peel and finely chop the onion and mix with the cottage cheese, low-fat quark, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper, finely chop the chives, and mix with the quark. Bibiliskäs tastes great with fried or boiled potatoes, as a dip for vegetables, or simply on bread. If you’re not watching your weight, you can use the quark and the high-fat cottage cheese and cream instead of sour cream. Of course, you can also add other herbs to taste.
