- 200 g Sugar
- 4 Eggs

- Preparation: Leave part of the fondant for the butterflies white, the reat green or color red. For the roses, work CMC into the fondant and knead well. Grease the hands and the work surface well with Palmin. Model the roses, leaves, butterflies. Let it dry for a day. For the ganache, heat the cream and dissolve the chocolate in it, mix briefly with the hand blender and refrigerate. For the dough, stir eggs with sugar until foamy, alternately stir in oil and coffee liqueur. Sift the flour and baking powder and fold in carefully with the whisk, the dough should still remain fluffy. Bake at 160 ° C top and bottom heat for about 45 minutes. Then let the cold ganache cool down again briefly with the hand blender and coat the cake with it. The ganache has to harden before you can cover the cake with the fondant. So knead the fondant well, don’t forget to grease the work surface and your hands with Palmin! Roll out, cover the cake and decorate as you wish.
