  • 75 g Sifted flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  1. Line the cake pan with baking paper. Eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer or better in a food processor 15 !!! Beat for a few minutes. This is very important because this is the only way to get enough air into the dough to make it nice and airy. Sift the flour and baking powder into the dough and fold in carefully. Pour the dough into the mold and bake for about 15 minutes. Do the cooking test towards the end of the baking time: prick the center of the cake with a wooden stick, when no more dough sticks to it, the cake is ready. Let the cake cool down in the tin for about 10 minutes, then turn it upside down on a wire rack and let it cool down completely. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
