- 600 g Black pasta
- 1 Gl Fish stock
- 100 g Diced fennel
- 100 g Celery
- 100 g White onion
- 2 piece Garlic cloves, peeled and diced
- 400 g Halved honey cocktail tomatoes
- 300 g Boiled shrimp
- 1 bunch Plucked basil, mint, leaf parsley
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 2 piece Lemons, juice / zest

- Put the finished pasta in a large bowl and mix with olive oil and some fish stock
- Glaze the fennel, celery, onions, garlic, honey cocktail tomatoes in a large pan with a little salted butter over a medium heat for at least 7 minutes, lightly salt and pepper
- Fold in the cooked prawns and simmer for another 3 minutes
- 5) Puree the basil, mint & parsley with olive oil and lemon juice / zest with honey and a little salt with a hand blender or in a blender
