Healthy Food Menu For The Day

Proper, healthy nutrition is the basis of our health and well-being. If we eat right, our body is saturated with many essential vitamins and minerals. In doing so, we gain health, well-being, and a good mood. We offer you a sample of such a proper menu for a healthy, wholesome meal for the day.

Breakfast

1 slice of whole grain bread, cottage cheese, honey, sugar-free coffee

The second breakfast

1 boiled egg with a salad of celery stalks, tangerines, and avocado

Lunch:

Pumpkin soup, buckwheat porridge with boiled chicken breast, and orange juice

Dinner:

Vegetable salad with boiled chicken breast

Dinner:

Smoothie with oatmeal, yogurt, and blueberries
