How to roast pork deliciously in the pan – tips

The piece of pork you like for pan-frying should be cut across the fibers. In addition, it is important to beat each piece, regardless of its size, with a hammer. Then salt and pepper the pork, and then place it on the pan. The pork must roast for 15 to 25 minutes until it is completely cooked if the pieces of pork are large. For small pieces, 3 to 5 minutes on each side will be enough.

How long to fry pork steak – rules

Pork steak is a unique delicacy that can be prepared for a romantic dinner or a meeting with friends. You will need to salt and pepper the meat and then drizzle it with olive oil.

IMPORTANT: the steaks must be no more than 3-5 cm thick, otherwise they won’t cook properly.

Season the meat with spices and oil, and then put it in the fridge for 15 minutes to marinade the pork. Next, you need to heat a frying pan and fry the meat until it forms a ruddy crust. On average, this takes about 5 minutes for each side of the steak. When you see that the pork has browned, turn off the heat and cover the meat with a lid to let it “finish” inside.

How to grill pork chunks with onions

A popular option is to simply buy a piece of pork, slice it, and then roast it with onions and/or carrots. If you want to exercise this option, first peel and roast the vegetables. Then rinse a piece of pork under running water, slice it, and send it to the pan. Cook meat together with vegetables for 3-5 minutes without a lid, stirring the contents of the pan regularly. Then add a little water, stir again, cover, and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

There is also an alternative version of cooking pork. Cut the meat into slices 4-5 cm long and 1 cm wide. Heat a frying pan, pour oil, put the pork, and fry it for 7 minutes. Then put chopped onions, reduce the heat, put the lid on the pan, and cook for 20 minutes. In the end, you will only have to salt and pepper the meat and cook it under the lid for 5 minutes.
